There’s no limit to the number of company accounts you can open with OakNorth. You can also have unlimited members on each account and issue as many OakNorth Visa debit cards as your team needs.

The only limitation to keep in mind is that an individual can hold a maximum of 10 cards. Learn more about limits, fees and restrictions.

You can add as many members as you need to your OakNorth business account – just note that only admins can manage member access. There are two roles to choose from:

• Users – can make payments, transfer money, download statements, receive their own OakNorth Visa debit card, and take part in payment approvals
• Admins – can do everything a user can, plus add or block members from the account

To add a member:

Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Account members’ > ‘Invite a member’ in the app, then follow the prompts.

If the member will be part of your payment approvals workflow, you’ll be able to assign them as a requester or approver during the setup.

We’ll confirm once everything’s in place and the new member has been added.

If you already have an account with us, log in to our web platform and tap ‘Apply for a new company’ in the bottom left corner. You’ll need to answer a few questions about the additional company – and be a Director of that company to apply. Once you’ve submitted the application, we’ll review it and run our usual checks.

If you’re new to OakNorth, you can apply for your first account via the app – it only takes ten minutes.

To order your first card, log in on our web platform, navigate to the Cards section and click ‘Order a card’. Your details will be automatically added, so you’ll just need to review and make sure everything looks okay. Then click ‘Place order’.
