Using your OakNorth Visa debit card
The OakNorth Visa debit card has no fees and high spending limits, so it can handle everything – from day-to-day expenses to big-ticket items.
To order a card, just follow these steps.
And that’s it! Your card will arrive within a week.
You can also order cards by contacting your Business Partner via the Help section of your app or web platform, or by phone or email.
Once you’ve received your card in the mail, you can activate it by following these steps.
For security reasons, a PIN is automatically assigned to your card. To see your PIN, head to the ‘Card’ section in the app and tap ‘Card PIN’. If you’d like to change it, you can do so at any ATM by selecting “PIN services” from the menu and following the prompts.
If you ever need to cancel a card, here’s what to do.
You’ll see a message confirming that your card has been cancelled.
You can also cancel cards by calling your Business Partner on 0330 380 1181 or contacting them via the Help section of your app or web platform.
