The Challenge

Sincere Homes is a partner with the Midway Care Group, which was founded in 2006 by Matthew Harrison and provides services for people with learning disabilities. Having developed 15 schemes for Midway Care Group, Sincere Homes was looking for a trusted lending partner to support its next development project – a supported living home to help those with mental health issues and learning disabilities.

Opportunity & Outcomes

We designed a bespoke facility totalling £531K, enabling Sincere Homes to develop a four-bedroomed supported living home in Willenhall, Walsall. Matthew Harrison, Founder of Midway Care Group, was hugely impressed with the support given, stating that, “the OakNorth Bank team operated quickly and transparently, with an entrepreneurial approach and we hope to work closely with them on future developments.”
