Macc Care Group is one of the leading care home operators in the West Midlands. Despite challenges presented by COVID-19, care home occupancy in the West Midlands for the 2019/20 year averaged 87%, so the business was looking for a funding partner to provide it with the necessary funding to scale and meet this demand.

Opportunity & Outcomes

Due to our knowledge of the care sector and experience of providing leading care home owners, operators and developers with efficient, long-term solutions, we were able to create a bespoke facility enabling Macc Care to develop its new care home in Blythe Valley Park. This was the second Macc Care operated care home we have funded – the Group’s Directors once again greatly appreciated the support, stating that “OakNorth Bank was able to create a flexible and personalised facility that has allowed Macc Care Group to help meet the demand for quality elderly care in the West Midlands.”
