You can log in to your online banking via our website here. You can find this link on our website as โMy Accountโ in the Menu. You can also log into your account via our mobile app which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Website: If you log into online banking via the website, you will be asked to enter your username and password and then click on โLog Inโ.ย Please note, you donโt need to click on โActivate Online Bankingโ if you have already registered a username and password.
When you click on Log In youโll be sent a security code. You will be sent a new security code each time you attempt to log in. If you provided a mobile number in your application, your security code will be sent to your mobile. If you did not provide a mobile number, then the security code will be sent to your email address. You will receive an email to your registered email address containing the security code which you need to enter in the next step.
After entering the security code you can access online banking.
If you forget your password, go the online banking log in page, click on โForgot my Passwordโ and enter your username and click on โProceedโ. Youโll receive the instruction to reset your password on your registered email address.
App: To access your account via our mobile app, please firstly ensure you download the OakNorth app from your relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You can then simply select โI already have an accountโ in the app and enter your username and password. Youโll then be sent a security code. You will be sent a new security code each time you attempt to log in. This will be sent to the mobile number provided in your application. If you forget your username or password, click on either โForgotten usernameโ or โForgotten passwordโ and follow the instructions to reset. Youโll receive the instruction to reset your password on your registered email address.
