How do I provide my maturity instructions for my maturing Fixed Term Deposit or Fixed Rate ISA through the Mobile App?

You can send us your maturity instructions via the mobile app from 14 days before your maturity. When your account is due for renewal, you’ll see a notification in the account tile on your ‘My Savings’ page letting you know how long you have left to maturity. To submit your instructions, select the account tile and press ‘Choose a maturity option’.
