Your eligible deposits with OakNorth are protected up to a total of £85,000 by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, the UK’s deposit guarantee scheme.

Upcoming change to FSCS protection limit
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has confirmed that the protection limit for eligible deposits will increase from £85,000 to £120,000 per person, per bank, effective 1 December 2025.
OakNorth will ensure that customers’ eligible deposits continue to be protected under the FSCS up to this new limit when it comes into effect. You don’t need to take any action – your protection will automatically update in line with the new limit.
