Your monthly account statements for Spend and Earn are available in the app and on our web platform β usually from the 1st of each month.
If youβd like to download a statement for your records, just follow these steps:

If you already have an account with us, log in to our web platform and tap βApply for a new companyβ in the bottom left corner. Youβll need to answer a few questions about the additional company βΒ and be a Director of that company to apply. Once youβve submitted the application, weβll review it and run our usual checks.
If youβre new to OakNorth, you can apply for your first account via the app β it only takes ten minutes.
To update your personal information β such as your name, date of birth, mobile number, email or home address β please call our team on 0330 380 1181.
If your companyβs registered name, address or industry has changed, youβll need to update these with Companies House. Once thatβs done, let us know so we can confirm the changes on our side.
Your correspondence address is usually set to your business address, unless you gave us a different one when you opened the account. Any additional account members will share the same correspondence address.
To update your correspondence address, just email us at [email protected] with the new details and weβll take care of the rest.
If youβve forgotten your passcode, just tap βForgot passcode?β on the appβs login screen. Youβll be guided through the recovery steps.
Youβll need your mobile to receive a one-time code, and weβll ask you to upload a quick selfie to confirm your identity.
It only takes a few minutes, and youβll be back in your account in no time.
