  • Founded in 2025 by Chris West and Ferdie Ahmed, EverGrowth specialises in acquiring and scaling high-quality, founder-led businesses within the Facilities Management, Commercial Cleaning, and Trade Services industries;
  • The Group is targeting the highly fragmented UK facilities management market, with a focus on recurring, non-discretionary services across hard FM, soft FM\\, waste management and critical services;
  • The £22m senior acquisition facility from OakNorth also comes with further capital available to continue supporting EverGrowth’s future growth;
  • Four Leaf Capital has invested alongside existing shareholders, with OakNorth providing senior acquisition facilities to support EverGrowth’s initial acquisitions and future buy-and-build strategy.

London, 5th October, 2026: OakNorth, the digital bank for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs, has provided a £22m senior debt facility to EverGrowth Group Limited (“EverGrowth”), alongside investment from Four Leaf Capital, to support the development of a national, multi-disciplinary facilities management platform. The transaction was advised by Josh Thornycroft and Fred Dearden from Forvis Mazars, which acted as financial adviser covering both the debt and equity raise.

Founded in 2025 by Chris West and Ferdie Ahmed, EverGrowth has been established to acquire and develop high-quality, founder-led businesses across the UK facilities management market. The Group is focused across hard FM, soft FM, waste management and critical services, targeting businesses with recurring revenues, established customer relationships and exposure to resilient end markets.

The UK facilities management market is large and highly fragmented, with thousands of smaller, founder-led operators and significant scope for consolidation. EverGrowth intends to capitalise on this fragmentation through a disciplined acquisition strategy, while retaining the brands, people and customer relationships of the businesses it acquires.

The investment from Four Leaf Capital and financing from OakNorth will provide EverGrowth with capital to execute its acquisition pipeline and support the continued development of the Group. Over time, EverGrowth intends to create a scaled, integrated facilities management platform, with value creation driven through procurement, cross-selling, pricing, route density and shared group capabilities.

Robyn Smith, Managing Director at Four Leaf Capital, commented on the transaction: “The UK facilities management market presents an attractive opportunity to build scale through the acquisition of high-quality founder-led businesses. EverGrowth has developed a clear and differentiated strategy for doing this, and we’re delighted to be supporting the Group alongside OakNorth as it executes its growth plans.”

Chris West, Co-founder and CEO of EverGrowth, said: “Our ambition is to build a leading UK facilities management group while preserving the entrepreneurial culture, customer relationships and local expertise that make the businesses we acquire successful. The backing of Four Leaf Capital and OakNorth gives us the capital and support to continue executing our acquisition strategy and build EverGrowth over the years ahead.”

Kieran McKenzie, Director of Debt Finance at OakNorth, added: “The UK facilities management market remains highly fragmented, creating a compelling opportunity to build a scaled and diversified platform through disciplined M&A. We’ve been impressed by EverGrowth’s approach to acquisitions and its focus on retaining the strengths of the founder-led businesses it partners with. We’re delighted to be supporting Four Leaf and EverGrowth on the next stage of the Group’s growth.”
